Saks Fifth Avenue has just launched a new program that has shoe fanatics on a footwear high.
Dubbed "Special Delivery to 10022-SHOE," the venture introduces capsule shoe collections from a handful of up-and-coming designers. 
DESIGNERS in Paris this week seemed tuned to a frequency from cyberspace, so steeped were they in sci-fi references. Some paid homage not only to "Tron Legacy," the forthcoming Disney release, and its companion video game, but to television fare like "Caprica." Others found inspiration in vintage films like "Blade Runner" and even "Metropolis."
